WECAN 6 Exchange Festival in Ethiopia

Earlier this year Humans Move was invited to be part of an inclusive festival in Ethiopia. Our AD Jessie had spent many years working in Ethiopia before returning to Wales.

Thanks to funding from Wales Arts International, Jessie, Justin Melluish and Laura Moy were invited to the Wecan 6 Exchange Festival in Ethiopia and teach and share the space with disabled dancers from Katim dance. They taught them sections from our Let Life Dance production which was then performed at the Festival. We are so proud at what was achieved in just over two weeks.
