Heather Williams

Heather has decades of experience in the third sector setting up and running various projects, and most recently in Welfare Rights, working with disabled, deaf, blind, young people, learning disabilities and mental health in Birmingham and Cardiff and has transferred those skills learnt to the creative sector.

Heather is an early Creative Freelancer working with Our Visual World supporting Deaf Visual Artists in Wales, BSL Consultant with various theatre companies and, most recently, Cowbridge Male Voice Choir, runs Deaf Film Club for Chapter, BSL Tour Guide, Crafting workshops and supporting neurodiverse people in managing and developing their work. Heather has a passion for the Arts, promoting accessible theatre and visual art to ensure that the Arts is accessible for all.
