Let Life Dance 2026
In this professional dance theatre show expect powerful performances from a cast of disabled and non-disabled dancers that is full of compassion for our human experience. We are celebrating the gifts of difference and melting barriers to create the conditions for an endless heart opening. Follow the cast’s journey as they navigate life’s challenging waters of twists, turns, interference and chaos as they discover how to connect back to themselves, each other and surrender to the exhilarating dance of life.
Choreographed by award-winning choreographer Jessie Brett this show explores what happens when we go against our own nature? How can life dance through us in a world full of restrictions, barriers and struggles? Interweaved with music composed by composer Jered Sorkin, we know each of us is needed, like the pieces of an elaborate puzzle, to create balance in the world. There is something to be learnt from every human experience.
Humans Move is an emerging professional Inclusive Dance Company which strives to be disability led.

Meet the Performers
Adi is a dance artist, choreographer, actor, photographer and workshop leader.
Giverney Hâf Blomeley is a performing and creative artist. She has worked in both TV and stage productions appearing in TV pilot, Henry House in 2024 and performing in works such as Phoenix Theatre Company’s Burglars and The Crucible at Theatr Clwyd.
Indigo is a movement artist from West Wales and has been based in Cardiff working on the Groundwork Collective and Joon Dance Company teams.
Justin Melluish is a professional actor, performer and dancer from North Wales, who just happens to have Down’s Syndrome.
Laura Moy is an artist and performer working with dance, contemporary circus and theatre.
