Gosodwch eich dewis trwy\u2019r rheolwyr CC\/Is-deitlau ar y fideo<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Dyfarnwyd grant ymchwil a datblygu gan Gyngor Celfyddydau Cymru yn Ebrill 2023 i roi hwb i\u2019n gwaith fel Cwmni.<\/p>\n<p>Yn gyntaf, aeth Jessie i weld Andrew Purvin cyfarwyddwr Fetch Theatr yn Llanllieni i ddysgu am bypedwaith cysgodion, pypedau a dylunio set. Treuliodd Jessie wythnos gyda Purvin yn ei weithdy yn chwarae, yn cyflawni tasgau, yn dysgu dulliau chwedleua ac yn olaf creu ei phyped ei hun o\u2019r enw Tariku, mae ei stori ef mewn Amharig. Fe wnaethon nhw drafod syniadau a chynllunio\u2019r wythnosau ymarferol.  Teithiodd Jessie i ymweld \u00e2 grwpiau dawns cynhwysol ar draws Cymru a rhoi gweithdai iddyn nhw. Ymwelodd ag Impelo, WISP, Dance Blast, Motion Control ac Academi Hijinx yng Nghaerdydd, Aberystwyth, Bae Colwyn a Chaerfyrddin.<\/p>\n<p>Roedd Jessie am gael syniad cliriach am y gwaith y mae sefydliadau yn ei wneud yn barod yng Nghymru ac i weld a oedd unrhyw ddawnswyr a allai ymuno \u00e2 ni yn ein hwythnosau ymchwil a datblygu yn Theatr Brycheiniog. Ar draws Cymru daeth o hyd i lawer o waith gwych sy\u2019n digwydd gydag athrawon anhygoel yn gwneud gwaith rhyfeddol, oedd yn bleser ei weld. Mae llawer o frwdfrydedd a thalent, ac fe lwyddodd i wahodd 3 dawnsiwr i ymuno \u00e2\u2019r ymchwil a datblygu o Hijinx, WISP a Dance Blast.<\/p>\n<p>Aeth Jessie wedyn i ymchwilio a darllen llawer o lyfrau am l\u00ean gwerin Cymru ac Affrica. Dysgodd Jessie weithdai yn Ysgol Penmaes, ysgol flaengar sy\u2019n arbenigo mewn Anghenion Dysgu Ychwanegol yn Aberhonddu. Roedd Jessie yn gweithio gyda dau ddosbarth 5-6 oed ac 14-16 oed. Yna gwahoddodd Jessie\u2019r ddau gr\u0175p yma i\u2019r theatr i rannu ein gwaith gyda nhw i gael eu hymateb a gweld sut beth oedd eu cael yn y gynulleidfa.<\/p>\n<p>Cynlluniodd Jessie gyfnewidfa gyda'r gr\u0175p o ddawnsiwr y bu'n gweithio'n agos gyda nhw yn Ethiopia ers blynyddoedd lawer o'r blaen. Bu\u2019n gweithio gydag Edom Baheru yn glos wrth hwyluso\u2019r cyfnewid gyda\u2019r Gr\u0175p Dawns Addis Guzo, hyfforddiant yr oedd hi wedi ei sefydlu i ddawnswyr anabl gyda Dawit Seto yn 2018 a dawnswyr proffesiynol lleol eraill oedd wedi gweithio gyda Humans Move.\n\nRoedd hi am dreialu cyfnewid ar-lein i weld beth oedd yn bosibl ac a oedd yn rhywbeth y byddem yn hoffi ei ddatblygu ymhellach yn y dyfodol. Ym mis Hydref daethom at ein gilydd o\u2019r diwedd gyda 6 o ddawnswyr rhyfeddol, pyped, dylunydd ac ymgynghorydd byddar yn Theatr Brycheiniog am 3 diwrnod. Fe wnaethom ddechrau trwy gael cyfarfod zoom \u00e2\u2019r gr\u0175p yn Ethiopia gan gynhesu gyda\u2019n gilydd, roedd hyn mor emosiynol a hyfryd. Gosododd Jessie dasg i\u2019r ddau gr\u0175p ac fe wnaethom ddiffodd y camer\u00e2u i\u2019w wneud ac yna dod yn \u00f4l at ein gilydd i\u2019w ystyried wedyn. Cadwyd cofnod o\u2019r holl waith a wnaeth y gr\u0175p yn Ethiopia. Roedd y 3 diwrnod yma\u2019n llawer o hwyl.<\/p>\n<p>Fe wnaethom archwilio llawer o syniadau a dod i adnabod ein gilydd fel gr\u0175p. Mae hyn yn cymryd amser, yn enwedig pan fyddwch yn gweithio gyda dawnswyr anabl a heb anabledd gan fod angen llawer o ddealltwriaeth a dod i adnabod ein gilydd. Fe wnaethom arbrofi gyda ffabrigau a phropiau, pypedwaith cysgodion, byrfyfyrio a symud a rhoi tro ar ein pyped Tariku. Ar \u00f4l y 3 diwrnod hynny o arbrofi roedd gennym 3 wythnos tan ein hwythnos olaf yn y stiwdio ac aeth Jessie i weithio o ddifri ar y cysyniad ar gyfer y gwaith. Roedd thema bendant o hudoliaeth natur, gofalu amdanom ein hunain, ein plant mewnol, ein gilydd a\u2019n byd hyfryd. Hwn oedd fy amser cyntaf yn gweithio \u00e2 phyped ac roedd Jessie yn awyddus i gael naratif clir yn rhedeg trwy'r gwaith y gallai cynulleidfaoedd ifanc gysylltu ag ef. Yn yr wythnos olaf o ymchwil, ymunodd Uma O'Neill, cyfarwyddwr WISP Dance Club, dau ddawnsiwr anhygoel o Ogledd Cymru, Pypedwr, cyfansoddwr a Therapiwr Cerdd, cyfarwyddwr ymarfer ac Adainiadwr Clywedol \u00e2 ni. Yn y dyfodol rydym am ddatblygu\u2019r cysylltiad hwn a dod o hyd i ffyrdd i\u2019w cefnogi yn greadigol a pharhau ein cysylltiad ac ysbrydoli ein gilydd.
