Roedd yn brofiad newydd ac yn arbrawf i ni i gyd. Fe gawsom ein synnu ei fod yn teimlo fel perfformio\u2019n fyw, ond na allem gofleidio na chyfarfod ar \u00f4l y sioe yn y bar. Roeddem yn gweld colli cyffwrdd \u00e2 manion rhyngweithio rhwng pobl ond roeddem ni i gyd yn cytuno ei fod yn well na dim.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cefais fy nghefnogi gan d\u00eem rhyfeddol National Theatre Wales trwy eu comisiwn Rhwydwaith ac ymunodd t\u00eem o berfformwyr a chydweithwyr anhygoel \u00e2 mi. Mae\u2019r sioe hon yn crynhoi am beth mae fy ngwaith, cysylltu pobl gyda phrofiadau bywyd gwahanol ac adrodd stor\u00efau sydd heb eu dweud.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Humans Move...yn ddaearyddol, yn gorfforol ac yn emosiynol. Mae pob symudiad y mae bod dynol yn ei wneud o bwys ac yn cyfleu rhywbeth. Mae cyrff mewn perygl oherwydd anghyfiawnder, hiliaeth, trais, rhyfel, trychinebau naturiol, tlodi, afiechyd, anghyfartaledd, newid hinsawdd, llygredd a gwahaniaethu a mwy.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Mae\u2019r darn hwn am y cyfnodau clo sydd wastad wedi bodoli cyn Covid-19 i gymaint o bobl ac rwy\u2019n gobeithio y gall pobl dreulio eiliad i feddwl am y bobl sy\u2019n wynebu cael eu cloi yn eu bywydau bob dydd nad yw hyn yn ddim byd newydd iddyn nhw. Mamau, ffoaduriaid, pobl sy\u2019n methu cael fisa i adael eu gwledydd heb s\u00f4n am fforddio hedfan, menywod sy\u2019n gaeth mewn perthynas dreisgar, plant sy\u2019n gweithio mewn ffatr\u00efoedd, pobl anabl a byddar sy\u2019n ymladd am gyfleoedd cyfartal, Americaniaid Affricanaidd ac mae\u2019r rhestr yn parhau. Mae pobl yn wynebu\u2019r hyn yr wyf yn ei alw\u2019n gyfnod clo yn eu bywydau am lawer o resymau, fy niffiniad i o gyfnod clo yw peidio gallu cael mynediad at y byd rhydd sy\u2019n cael ei farchnata i ni.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fel person breintiedig iawn fy hun rwy\u2019n meddwl ei bod yn bwysig i mi weithio ar y cyd \u00e2 phobl i adrodd eu stor\u00efau. Mae hon yn berthynas sensitif wedi ei seilio ar ymddiriedaeth, cefais y pleser o weithio gyda\u2019r bardd o Ethiopia Edom Baheru yn cynnwys ei darlun hi o gyfnodau clo sy\u2019n bodoli o hyd yn ei gwaith. Na, sut all hyn fod yn digwydd\u2026 I ti?\n\nA bod yn onest, does dim byd byth yn &quot;deg&quot;.\nI ti, mae rhyddid erioed wedi bod yn ddemocratiaeth.\nCyn belled \u00e2 bod gan ddigon o bobl eu lleisiau, gallai fy un i aros wedi&#x27;i atal.\n\nRoedd y cardiau a ddelwyd i mi yn dibynnu ar dy ddistawrwydd di.\nAc fe wnest ti ufuddhau.\nGwyliaist, gwelsi, a gadael i dy ddistawrwydd ganiat\u00e1u iddo.\nNid dim ond f\u00eal oedd fy mhryd.\u00a0\nOnd naill ai bag pen dioddefwr neu fasg sg\u00efo terfysgwr\nFy symudiad, nid mynegiant, ond ymosodiad.\n\nCefais fy nghloi yn fy mhen fy hun.\u00a0\nGadawyd i mi frwydro yn erbyn y cythreuliaid yn fy enw.\nYn cwyno am eich absenoldeb mewn unigrwydd.\u00a0\nYn anfon llais o undod.\nLlais roedd gen ti ormod o gywilydd i&#x27;w estyn.\nAc eto, roedd croeso i ti yma. Mewn gwirionedd, roedd disgwyl i ti.\n\nGadawaist ddim dewis arnaf ond hawlio&#x27;n \u00f4l yr anadl a ddwynwyd gen ti.\nYnddi, byddwn yn adeiladu utopia.\nOddi yma, byddwn yn arsylwi dy frwydrau.\n\nTantrymau plentyn nad yw wedi adnabod pedair wal,\nYn edrych arno&#x27;i hun, ac yn poeni&#x27;n fawr am yr hyn y mae wedi&#x27;i ddarganfod.\n\nAeth amser yn ei flaen,\nRoeddet ti&#x27;n symud,\nEisteddais yn llonydd.\nYn y gornel y gwnaethost fy anghofio ynddi, y wlad ddelfrydol a adeiladais i ni,\nMae hi&#x27;n dawel yma.
